As we look forward to Spring, we are planning for Kindergarten Round-up.  If you have a child who will be five (5) years of age before December 1, 2010, please complete the form [page 3 of March 2010 newsletter] and return it to school so we can place his/her name on our list.

Michigan law and local policy require the following for children enrolling in school for the first time:
1. Proper immunization, as required for school entrance.
2.  Vision and hearing screening.
3.  Proof of birth (birth certificate, hospital letter or baptismal letter).
4. Social security number.
5.  Two pieces of documentation of residency such as: driver's license, utility bill, rent receipt, mortgage payment, city income tax, voter registration.
6.  Recent photo.
